Using a combination of the therapies and techniques produces a powerful tool to help you improve performance and make those days when everything goes right the norm!
Using the techniques, you can create that winning mindset, improve your performance and go that extra “mile” and achieve those things that didn't seem possible before.
It can help you enhance or change your techniques and add to the skill that you already have and improve your overall performance.
It can also be helpful to those recovering from surgery or physical injuries, and help shorten recovery time and speed up healing. It also can be used to help strengthen the immune system and previous injuries.
Sports Performance Coaching uses specific questions to identify your goals, what is preventing you from having them now and how we can improve on what you are already achieving. They identify any conscious or unconscious blocks such as past experiences, negative beliefs and self-image, and performance anxieties and identify how you do a certain skill or behaviour on a conscious and unconscious level.
We then use this information in a number of ways:
to release negative beliefs, emotions and self-image
- to transform a negative behaviour such as anxiety before the performance into a positive one such as confidence by changing the internal unconscious pattern
- to enhance a positive skill such as making every performance your best performance
Using innovative techniques EFT and NLP to remove any blocks that are preventing you from achieving your ultimate goal, whether they are negative beliefs or past experiences, ineffective self-coaching, ineffective self-image, inability to think out of the box or unconscious negative thought patterns. The techniques are then used to reinforce positive experiences and beliefs, to enhance a good self-image and internal coach and to achieve the most effective internal state for performance preparation and the actual performance.
