"Sarah and I jointly presented a workshop to a dozen local business leaders in June of this year.  I was hugely impressed by Sarah's ability to hold an audience and impart useful and meaningful strategies in a way everyone could instantly understand and apply.  As a fellow Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I've attended and delivered many seminars and presentations over the last 5 years.  For me, Sarah is one of the best I've seen."
Alastair Thomson - NLP Master Practitioner

I have attended a few sessions with Sarah on a one-to-one basis and (every time) I have left the building charged with positivity and a resolute ambition to succeed!!

Having met Sarah at many networking events, I have discovered for myself that her dedication to her field is second to none and her ongoing training clearly exudes commitment and a desire to learn to further help her clients.

My own business has grown in leaps and bounds due to my new focused approach – it's amazing what the universe brings to you if you only expect good things to happen!

Having studied self-help and personal development for 18 years now, I was the classic ‘big on theory' and not putting the theories into practise – Sarah has been the catalyst to motivate me to do just that and the results speak for themselves.

So, indeed, for a skilled and caring practitioner, I would categorically and wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Brereton-Hobson!

The best possible performance in any environment requires a number of factors to be in place because only when all the factors are in place can anyone perform at their peak.

Steps to Achieving your Ultimate Goal:

What do you want? Go for gold – rather than “I want to earn £1000 a month” because you feel it's realistic or that's the highest you believe you can earn, go for your ultimate figure without the why's and how's. And be specific – “I want to be worth £100 Million” is a lot different to “I want to make as much money as I can”.

What is stopping you from having that in your life now? It could be beliefs, thinking inside the box, other people's beliefs that you have taken on as your own, events that have happened in the past – “I don't deserve it”, “I'm not clever enough”, “I can't earn that from what I'm doing now”, “rich people are mean and greedy”, “the last time I earned a lot I was ill from stress” etc. Visualize yourself with your goal – how do you look? If you're not able to do that or you're not comfortable with doing it, what is stopping you?

Is your internal coach congruent with your goal? Start focusing on what your internal coach is telling you – is it “you can do it”, “you're a success”, or that “you're going to fail”? Check out your internal imagery – are you running the times that you have been successful and seeing yourself as a success or are you continually running all the times you've failed? Where is your mental focus – on your goal or how you don't achieve your goals? Our consistent thoughts create our reality – an easy way to find out the unconscious thoughts you're running is to look at your life and the situations you continually find yourself in.

What is the first step to you achieving this? The full path of steps in achieving your ultimate goal may not be clear, but you need a plan on how to get there. If your goal is to travel the world, you'd need to at least decide on the countries or the first country you wanted to visit and how to get there. Start with what is the first step and then start thinking out of the box – maybe you need to diversify, retrain or take further training? Identify others that are successful and find out what worked for them, maybe ask one of them to be your mentor and surround yourself with successful people.

Are you prepared to commit to your ultimate goal and do what needs to be done to achieve it? If not, is your ultimate goal actually something that you really want? The reality can be a lot different to the concept; maybe you're not achieving your ultimate goal because in reality it's not something that you would want. If your goal is to have a thriving international business with a turnover of £XMillion, but your family time is very important to you, and having this business will not allow you the time you want with your family, you're not going to achieve it as you'll not be completely committed. Do you need to change your goal?

Persistence The people who achieve their goals are the ones that keeping going! There is no such thing as failure; there is only feedback - NLP Presupposition.
